OverlayPilot stores the WG account identifier, nickname, region, workspace membership, queue data, settings, sessions and audit events required to operate the service.

WG access tokens are used only to validate the callback and are not persisted. Local mode stores its database and logs on the user’s computer.

Workspace owners can export configuration and delete their SaaS account from the application. Production contact and legal entity details must be added before public launch.
